Car with armrest cradle, does it have bluetooth?

I am driving a 2005 Avant with a factory fitted RNS-e and a phone cradle thingy in the armrest. Am I right in thinking it therefore has the bluetooth kit already installed even though it appears to be inoperative?

If it is there how do you turn it on?

Well phone prep would be the name & just turn car on & then do a search with your phone with bluetooth for the module, should show as audi, then pair her up.
