Hi,

Is it possible to retro fit the split/folding rear seats in an A4 saloon?

I'm sure it could - but I guess it would mean 'butchering' the existing seats......

I've been thinking of creating a 'ski hatch' through my rear arm rest, if only making going to B&Q a more pleasant experience :whistle2:

Pretty sure it's been done. Try a search as it might be in the B6 section.

You'll need to find a set of split folding seats from a breakers though as there are too many differences to modify a non folding set to fold.

Thanks for the replies, I'll try a quick search. Personally I think it should be a standard feature. But hey, who am I to say.

Speaking of B&Q, I had issues getting laminate flooring in my previous A4 because of the none folding seats. I manage to sort of wedge it in on the back seat as well as make two trips.
