RNS-E CD changer adaptor

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know where i can get an adaptor to go from RNS-E square connector to a round connector on an aftermarket cd changer. I have found some which go from an aftermarket head unit to an Audi changer but not the other way round. I have an Alpine changer i would like to use.

I dont think the RNS-E will control an Alpine changer will it?
