I've got a remapped ( REVO ) 140 TDI A4 S-LINE on a 2006 plate and been having some great fun in it. But now worn the front brake pads out and think the discs are gonna need replacing.
The car has done mostly motorway miles and its hit 57K.
Since getting the remap last month the brakes don't seem that good now 8)
Ive phoned up Audi and they want £42 per disc and £70 for the pads.
What size are the discs ? 280 or is it 312/320 ?
I remember in the golf you could uprate the discs by changing the housing for about £100
What would you recommend as a replacement pad/disc and where from ?
The OEM discs look like they have air vents near the hub, is this part of the disc ?
