Hi All
Just got a 57 plate 2.0TDi cab at the weekend. It has under 6k on the clock having been registered in Dec 2007. The service book shows it as being on the longlife service schedule. The service indicator says it will need a service in 5300 miles or 322 days. This would put it at 11k miles (ish). This mileage seems a bit low to me and was wondering what to do?
Any advice would be appreciated. John

Nice car ;) . I bought a 2.0T cab last year and opted for long life servicing. Keep an eye on it I’m pretty sure mine was the same but changed according to my driving, it eventually went in for its first service at 17K, but initially looked like I was going to hit 12. Not sure if the diesel is different:shrug:

AVS starts out at 20k miles or 2 years (whichever comes first), but the mileage can be less than that according to driving style and conditions (more town driving drops the miles, more open road driving increases the miles again but never exceeding 20k).
