Exhaust noise

Hi Chaps
I have a 2003 Audi A4 Cabriolet 3.0 V6 auto, a fantastic car but, is it Normal to have a sound like the car has a blown exhaust when pulling car way. I have had the exhaust checked out and new gaskets fitted and there seems to be nothing wrong but sound is still there. Is it me?:blackrs4:
 
Your cars a B6 by the way not a B7 (this is the B7 section) . I've got a 3.2 Cab which was developed from the old 3.0 engine you have. Mine is exactly the same, I guess it was Audi's idea of what a throaty exhaust should sound like...
