Looks good, price seems OK for a 3.0TDI.

I test drove a B8 3.0TDI today, awesome car but so expensive at 39k! I think I'll stick with the B7 for a few more years!

39k for an A4? Are Audi pricing themselves out of the market? Thats well into A6 territory

That car doesn't look like an S-line. I know some early B7 cars had wierd specs but that one doesn't look right. No S-line wheels, no S-line steering wheel, no aluminium trim for ashtray and gear surround. Looks like a Sport to me...

Probably is an S-line, it has the grille and front bumper. They did come with those wheels (17 inch) in 2005 as opposed to 18 inch RS6 style ones on later cars, MFSW also was not standard then.

60k for all cambelts is a good idea

    Chains on a 3.0 TDI

So no cambelt change to worry about and yes that car looks just the same as my black S-Line 3.0 TDI B7, those were the standard wheels and I think look nicer than the later 18". Great engine and I get 40mpg on average.
