I guess you mean retro fitting the black headlining? Very straightforward, if a little time consuming. Sure wont be cheap though for all the parts you'll need.

Just a thought, how do you get the headliner out and in on a saloon?

According to Audi it's through the rear window that has to be removed.

take the front seats out and squeeze it through a rear door

Doubt it ,as it is not just the headlining there are all the handles and sunvisors and rear view mirror to do as well.
