After a good experience with a B6 A4 (see the post in the B6 forum).
I've ordered a Avant 2.0 TDI (170) Quattro Sportline SE plus extras, just hoping it is as good as the B6.

My B7 2.0 TDI Q Sline has now covered 1300 miles.
First impression is that it is much smoother overall compared to my previous A4 1.9 TDI Q Sport. Biggest difference is gearing - now running approx one gear lower than previously with result that 6th is not really needed until approaching 70mph - that took a bit of getting used to!.
Car is freeing up nicely with extra power now much more obvious - took it easy for first 1k miles - engine was tight anyway, but now seems much more petrol like in the way it revs freely and delivers power.
Very happy with it so far....and getting better each day!

phantom black pearl, after ebony black on the B6, they look great clean!
