Cigarette Lighter Power Outlet - Audi A4 Avant 2006

Hi,

The cirgarette lighter power outlet on my car has a broken cover. Just wondering if that is easy to fix and if I need to order the entire part to replace it?
I looked at this but I don't know if that is correct or not:

Housing for lighter with cover. PIN. CAP. 2006 Audi A4 Avant # 8E0919341

Which outlet as that part is for the boot 12v socket.

The flip down cover on mine is broken I was about to order a new one but unsure of how to fit it. Can you enlighten me on how you changed yours please?

Hey!

Just need a little bit of patience, I did with a small screwdriver.
It's just hard to get the spring in place.

Oh you literally just replaced the cap then?

Yes, I got the whole thing from Ebay and replaced the cap.
