front licence plate holder

Hi,

I've recently purchased an s-line grill which came without the front licence plate holder. Where is best to get one from?

I've found one on ebay:

has anybody used this one before and will it fit the s-line grill?

That will not fit s line as it looks it is for a standard or dtm grill, s line can only be screwed in from bottom which think four screws hold it. I got mine from audi instead of waiting on ebay. No idea on part number

looking at your DP it shows a B8

I've got a b7 - for some reason the old grill (not s-line) hasn't got the trim it's just made out off one single piece. How much did you pay at the dealers?

The thing is I've already got the grill form s-line (bought of ebay) but realised it hasn't got the licence plate holder which I need to buy somewhere.. i'm gonna try tps as I can't find anything on ebay.

The car is se but i want to change the grill to an s-line one, I've already bought the grill but I've realized I still need the licence plate holder. Sorry for the confusion mate.

I take it you also bought the s-line bumper to fit the a s-line grill into ?

did I balls... i assumed it's a straight forward swap? is it possible to convert somehow the se bumper into s-line one? damn..

just had a little read.. looks like my s-line grill will be up for grabs..
