Seems all the handy guys are in the midlands I'm based in berkshire reading Basingstoke area is there any
guys on here that do repairs / diagnostics and fitting of retro parts that are recommended .

Picking up my 08 Cab 2.0 tfsi SE today and and it would be great to have a few numbers or names to contact when
and if I need parts changing or repairs or diagnostic ..........

Any help would be great, for example the the closes Cabriolet diagnostic or repair service is hanger lane London
Which is 50 miles away.

It'll be fine.

You could get someone local with VCDS to have a browse first so that you know what you're after, then you book NHN in for work that needs doing rather than exploring...

Lol, Jeff, you forgot to mention the most important part. Nigel (NHN) needs lots of tea, maybe even a biscuit or two, lol.

I'm getting that feeling!!

I can do tea and lots and lots of cookies easy !!

I've got his number so If something goes wrong he will be the
first guy I call while balling my eyes out haha
