3.0 tdi quattro 55plate drivers side always hot air

hi all

my issue is as follows, 3.0 tdi quattro 55plate drivers side always hot air, now i have scnned it and found the issue fault code 01810 not volt on motor for the temp flap motor v159 and i have found it on elswin/ took the car apart, but my god how do u get at it its inbetween the steering wheel and centre console or pretty much behind the dash???

any one replaced this before advise etc ? number 4 on image btw
