Ok, thought I would put up a few latest pics of my Avant. It's a 2005 2.0t Prosport, ( Swedish S-Line without the Bling! ) Car was standard when I bought it last May. Now done over 203k km's but it still feels very fresh. Mostly cosmetic upgrades inside and out. Fitted Original ABT bodykit except rear valance last December.just waiting to have original 19" rs4 wheels refurbed and they will be on next, Might tint the windows later in the Summer.

Cheers
A

Hi guy's,

Became the proud owner of my first Audi a week ago, have been doing some research on spec's and basic mods mainly subtle styling and found plenty of good advice here, decided to join and couldn't resist posting a few shots of my new pride and joy...

a4 170 S line, 2 tone leather, bose, 6 disc changer, nav and Armrest! taken months to find the car with the 170 engine and the upgrades, even went to the lengths of getting a quote from audi for a nav and bose upgrade...£4500!

Plans to add full black grille, chrome rolled twin pipes and possibly new rs4 alloys. Love the current rims but I've owned a t4 van with the same wheels for 5 years and fancy a change!

^ nice man. same spec as mine only I got the black edition and you got the Bose ! :)

The black editions do look smart with the silver, very nearly went for a black, black edition looked amazing from the front but decided against it for the continual cleaning! I will def be blacking out the front grille and surround in the near future.

The Bose sounds good with cd's although I didn't realise the nav screens don't play back dvd's (might try and change that some time), it's terrible with radio though real tinny sounding...

Thanks for the positive comments!

ah yes, mines Lava grey though - not as bad as black but still gets filthy pretty soon after a wash! ( pics further up the page) I heard that the Bose have limited EQ options, my Rns-e sounded a little tinny at first but I found the options a turned up the bass a little. I think there may be some way of adjusting the EQ through a secret menu on the Bose but don't quote me on that :s

Ahh cool will look into that, I've adjusted the bass and am happy with the cd sound quality. I was admiring your motor earlier, almost looks black, the darker Colors look so good with the black grilles, would have liked a dark metallic blue as well, although they seem pretty scarce...

New owner here.. only had it a week.. not the best picture as it was halfway through a very quick wash - paintwork needs some TLC and the alloys need refurbing... though enjoying the vrooom of the 3.0l TDi.

Cheers

They are so much better than stock s-lines. even at this height! they are progressive, comfy and firm through the corners. having come from air-ride I didn't want a crashy or harsh ride and after riding in Olethalb's DTM I was set on AP's before I got the B7 haha. Not sure where you're based, welcome to try it out.

The light flashing for 10 times is indicating there is a fault with one of the sensors etc. You will need to have it scanned with VCDS for the fault code(s). This will show which sensor is at fault.
