Beep Beep Beep warning (?) signal

We have an A4 Sport FSI Auto. Recently, on unlocking, it emits a beep-beep-beep, beep-beep-beep, beep-beep-beep signal. There is no visual alert and the audible alert is not shrill like most (eg brake light out or fuel low). Can't find anything in the manual. Does anyone have an answer? Thanks, Jim. :yes:

Could be the warning for a dying back up battery in the alarm.

As above is a common one, but any work done on the sound system & does it have Bose?

Looks like a real possibility I think I'll have to take it in and get them to run the code reader on it.

What's the bit about |Bose sound systems? It does have Bose.
