Been done by a few people but generally dealer purchased and dealer fitted encountering a huge price tag. Reason being the mileage has to be 0 on the new cluster and there's allot to do with comparability, I'm sure someone else will chime in with more info or another resolution though.

If you get the dash and want me to look into it feel free to send part numbers from both and if possible vin numbers from both, and ill get back to you with a rough idea of whats involved and cost.
Milage correction alone is not an issue, I have plenty of mk5/6 golf and A3 upto 2013 swaps under my belt, but very few A4.
