I had the same problem as many others with my A4 cab, got in touch with Khurrum at VagPro and met up Sunday evening - fixed and working again.
Very nice bloke and certainly seems to know his stuff and the speed he took the trim apart to get to the motor, was unbelievably quick and once brushes sorted and motor cleaned all went back together perfectly.
So big thumbs up and ta very much.
