Hi Guys.
I am having a little trouble with my Audi A4. I own a A4 3.0 TDI Quattro convertible 2008. Every time I take my car out of drive or turning my car, the car feels as if though it is being dragged to the side I am turning and also when I lock my steering to either side I can hear screeching noise. I took it the local garage however they could figure out what it was. They suggested couple of things on trial and error however I am not made of money :(. Can anyone help me this.
Many Thanks

As mentioned, take it to a specialist or dealer.

Check your auxiliary belt which drives your power steering pump, check power steering fluid level? A 4WD rolling road can check your Quattro transmission too. Good luck with the fix!

sorry not been on thread as was too busy getting the car repaired lol. Thanks guys

well after spending £700.00 in total replacing the steering pump and some arms the only problem it fixed is dragging noise when turning. noise when locking the steering is still there. Haven't got a clue what to do

Hmmmm. Obviously without hearing the noise, it's impossible to be sure, but it could be the normal juddger that all quattros make when turning slowly on full lock.

It's defo not a judder noise its more of a screeching noise.
