Hi, I am looking around for some winter tyres for My B7 S Line, the tyre size on the car is 235/40/18 looking around not much available second hand . What other size 18's could I fit without problems of rubbing and looking silly on the car.

Will a set of 225/40/18 fit ok ?

Yes 225/40/18 fit with no issues. And will be considerably cheaper in that size compared to a 235/40 18.

I say considerably around £15-30 cheaper per tyre so £60-£120 overall total difference.
