Reverse light / park sensors

I've had this problem a week or so now when I put it in reverse and it just sounds a long beep however last night I saw that the reverse lights are not coming on! Could this be a faulty reverse switch? If so where is this located, anybody else had this problem? Also the Park sensors are factory fitted.

The long beep means theres a fault.. You should get the car scanned to see what the error code is..

weird - just yesterday i had someone tell me that my reverse lights were on whilst i was crawling forwards in traffic.. also my parking sensors kept randomly beeping at me.

in the end i pulled over and took the reverse light bulbs out (before i got a pull, or melted the bulb holders!)

hopefully its just a sticky switch on the gearbox
