first time audi owner...a few questions!!!

hi,just a few questions! i have a 2005 2.0T....anything i should watch out for (apart from the dreaded broken glovebox!!)
also what in the world is VAGCOM? some kind of diagnostic thingy?? i have a navigation plus,without bluetooth it would seem! how can i tell if it has bluetooth? (phone not connecting,keeps saying 'telephone not installed') and can i just plug and play the 6disc glovebox cd changer? i see they have them in vw and skoda too,same leads?? thanks alot!! and lastly is there an etk online which is worth using to see car parts etc...?im reading lots on here! great car!

VCDS is diagnostic software and cable, pm NHN (Nigel) on this forum for best prices as he is a distributor/reseller .ETKA is an online parts/numbers sight which I believe you have to pay for.
bluetooth can be retrofitted and coded with VCDS, if you know what model radio you have then some more knowledgeable can say if you can fit 6 disc changer.
