Pads without sensors

I've been looking at some Hawk ceramic front pads but they don't have wear sensors. How do I stop the brake warning being constantly on?

Join the wires together, but, don't cut the end of, just get a worn pad & use that side of things to plug in & join the wires on the pad side, that way it retains oem connectivity if sold on later.
