hi all,i have had a boost leak for a while but isn't that bad so i thought the low power of the car was down to either pcv or dv i changed pcv first ,no luck there so took out the dv and it had all ready been done by previous owner so today i spotted a hole about the size of a 2 match heads in my inter cooler would this cause much power loss or would a hole that small make a difference.

Any hole in the intake system will have an effect, try sealing on the surface with a resin like topfix & see if it helps?
just put some stuff on it there to see if it helps if it sorts it then ill take the ic out and get it welded.

well what ever that stuff was its gone rock solid all ready so took it for a spin and it has sorted the boost leak.i done the pcv but still have pressure when trying to remove the oil filler cap,all so had oil around the top of the engine witch is still coming from some were any ideas ?
