Avant drivers side boot trim removal? ?

Im sure this is a simple process but i dont seem to be able to find all the fixings to be able to remove the trim panel that houses the 12volt plug. I have bought a new cover for my 12v as it was broken when I bought the car and its been bugging me whenever I open the boot.

Any info would be great ive tried the search but to no avail.
