have real trouble with my front screen misting up in the early mornings, any one else have this issue? ive ordered some wind deflectors to crack the windows a little but even that doesn't cure it completely, unless I hit the front screen demist button which clears it straight away?? bugging me

Sounds like you have some moisture in the car. Have you checked the carpets for dampness?
will check just to hopefully eliminate ;-(
car doesn't smell damp or anything so hopefully not that, recently had a service and I know the pollen filter was done

As Jeff says, check for dampness, as this sounds like could be moisture, just hope its just minor blockage of leaves in engine bay or something & not leaking coolant system.
