Tires rubbing

Got what I thought was a puncture today, turned out I was down to the wire on the inside, other front the same, running 245/35/19 ET45 lowered on H&R and perch plate, gonna go 235 instead now but still reckon I need spacers, what size spacers do you recommend?

To me that looks like it's been run under inflated and with the alignment well out

235 will hardly make a difference.
go for a 225/35/19
