Respect your opinion mate, but i think they look fab on my B7. However I wasn't happy with them at first colour-wise, as they were a hyper silver (see here) and were waaaay too prominent. But i got them resprayed from my local branch of the Wheel Specialist and he sprayed them the same silver as my oem wheels. Now they look like the bees knees
Nup, so far not had any problems with the cops. I believe having a 'D' instead of 'GB' would almost certainly get you pulled over sooner or later which is why i didn't opt for the 'D' euro symbol (would have been nice tho!). Got the plates from Germany on Pressed metal reg plates - Plate My Ride - German style plates - not the cheapest but superb quality German font pressed plates
I like those wheels on your saloon and the seem to be sitting well and a not chavvy at all imho....your still annoying me wae that number plate though!
