Hi there - i've got a 2004 1.8T Quattro Sport A4 Avant. The ride is firm at best and sometimes the car crashes terribly over speed ramps. The rear of the car sits extremely low - but at motorway speeds the car rides fine. A local garage when replacing my wheels recent examined the springs and found no breaks.

Could it be something else in the suspension that is a problem?

Whilst the car is old I do usually get it serviced at an Audi dealer (Because their fixed price servicing for old cars is not expensive) but wonder what people think of the idea of taking it into Kwik Fit for a suspension check?

i really wouldnt use kwak fit
they will say you need somethng new even if you dont.

+1 don't use kwik shxt

I would say check the bump stops, shocks may be worn if its sat low & a proper inspection of springs advised.
