Xenon headlamps retro fitting

Just wanted to find out, if I buy a pair of xenon headlamps will they just need to be fitted, car plugged in and programmed and thats all?
my car has normal halo headlamps from factory and is a 2007

Along with wiring, correct ce module, coding & depending on your mot station of choice, headlight washer/auto levelling systems.

I'm going down the route of just buying the headlights and using aftermarket H7 HID bulbs and ballasts and made an adapter so they fit and will make a wiring loom. Wont be as 'legal' but it wont be unless it has washers and all that anyway..

When I have time I'm getting the adapter 3D printed so i can knock a few out if other members want them. I still need a passenger side headlamp though so If anyone has one please let me know.
