Aux iPod fit

Hi all

i would like to add an iPod dock/unit thing in the car as I'm still slumming it with just the cd changer and radio.

can anyone recommend a simple fit/product for an iPod?

connect2 ipod kit search ebay and fit or try a local radio specialist, really happy with mine
 
thanks for the link. I have the symphony stereo with the 6 disc changer built in. I've read on some over sites that the iPod unit won't work with the changer - what stereo did you hook yours up to?

That's not true - the Symphony II & II+ (like all the Series II and II+ radios) will work with an external CD changer - and as the iPod interface connects to the CD changer port that means they all work with the iPod interface as well.

With the Symphony radios the external CD changer (and iPod) appear as CDs 7 to 12.
 
as above it should work, can always check the website as it shows a "compatible" list

Mine was a concert II, i press CD which would play a CD like normal...
if i pre CD again it goes to changer ( which i dont have ) but comes up as CD12 or something and plays through the Xlink unit.

well worth the money In my opinion and sound quality is great.
