brake issues

has anyone else had issues with the brakes on there b7 tdi?

brakes were fine then all of a sudden came to a junction and brake was solid with no braking force.
i can replicate this randomly and pumping the brake makes it feel like milk bottle tops for brakes, its in the garage at the moment, they couldnt find anything obviouse with the lines or vacuum pipes, they think it could be either the fuel pump of the servo? anyone less had this issue?

first hard brake is fine and will do an emergency stop just nothing after.. initial stop brake isnt as goos as it use to be but does slow the car?

no body got any ideas with this one?

ive had new brake discs and pad, fluid changed its like the vacuum isnt enough?

Could it be the ERG Value is dirty/clogged? ive been reading that this has something to do with the brake boost??

guys does this look like one of my lines have collapsed? im running out of places to look, have checked the vacuum side and cant see anything too adrift
