difference between 1.8t and 2.0t

hi all,i picked up a 2007 a4 2.0t quattro sline that needs some work on the front passenger corner ,my brother in law has a 2007 a4 1.8t quattro s line,are they both the same bar the engine as it would by good to compare like for like when repairing it,

What repairs are you referring to; mechanical or bodywork?

body work and suspension and anything else that might be in that area that possibly got damaged

Should be fine. Worst case compare the part numbers on ETKA if you have it or know someone with it.

took off most of the damaged parts tonight not looking to bad now,so anyone know how i can get my hands on etka
