Right I've got the EGR valve off and now trying to remove the other components, mainly the (i think its called) EGR cooling pipe. Its like a 2" diameter canister running underneath the EGR and intake manifold etc.

There is just one bolt stopping me from doing so, its the bolt that sits above the turbo actuator. It srews out so far and then the bolt head colides with the actuator so I cant get it to come out any further...

Its a 2.0 TDI BPW engine

How the hell do you get this thing off? Surely I don't have to remove the turbo?

Actu

Please Help,

James
