Bigger brakes

I have a B7 3.0 TDI Avant, calipers are the same as the B7 S4 I also spotted them on a 56 plate 2.7 A6 Avant today but the A6 had much larger discs. Obviously I could not start attempting to measure some other guys discs on Tesco's car park.


Looking at the S4 I think the discs are 345mm and I am going to hazzard a guess that the ones I saw on the A6 were also 345mm.

What hardware do I need to convert?? (Discs obviously)
 
Are your brakes pants then? Try a change in pads, made a massive difference to my Quattro :)
 
That are ok but I do like the look of bigger brakes :rock:
 
Are they not 321mm on the 3.0d,same as dtm and s line se ?,the calipers may be the same but to go 345 s4 size the carriers are different.If you have got 345's then try pads as said above.Ferodo ds 2500 are good,used them on my 321's before i swapped to the big boys.

Id say they could well be 321mm, where did you get the carriers?
