Clutch Pedal Issue

Hi, on my B7 i get a slight grinding sensation when i press the clutch pedal to change gear, it only does it when the engine is running.

Any ideas?

My money would be on the Clutch Release Bearing needs replacing.

Point to note is any gearbox rebuilder will give you his "expert opinion " for free, but he will need to see the car.
My recommendation is look up your local specialist gearbox man and give him a visit.
