key fob syncro?

I disconnectted my battery the other day and now one of key fobs doesnt work remotely, its not the fob battery.

Ove tried a few different methods i found on tinterweb but nothing has worked :-(

Any ideas suggestions would be appreciated

Remote key programming can be activated\deactivated in VCDS, I'm betting yours is disabled.

Open the drivers door and put key in ignition and turn on. Press lock and unlock on fob and then turn off ignition and remove key. This should re synchronise key to car. Worked when I fitted new car battery in the week.
