BRD Engine Main Bearing Caps

Hi,
I have received my manual through the post yet so looking for some help.
Can anyone tell me the torque settings and proceedure for the main bearing caps on a BRD engine.

New bolt is required
Stage 1 65Nm
Stage 2 90°
