Coming home/ Leaving Home switch

Hi all.
Does anyone know where I can purchase this coming home/leaving home switch.
It is for an audi a4 b7 right hand drive vehicle ( British vehicle).
I am currently all the way in South Africa, but am very prepared and willing to cover any and all shipping and delivery costs to have the part couriered all the way here.
