B7 Sport gear knob?

Hello fellow B7 owners!

Please can you help me...

I want a SPORT gearknob to replace my SE one, the closest image i can find is below.

They are usually leather i believe and the same shape as below? Needs to be 5 speed for my 1.9tdi PD115

Any help would be great!

Not sure about 5 speeds.. all the usual OEM B7 knob upgrades are 6 speed S4/RS4 options.

Maybe a Mk1 TT knob and an RS4 gaitor might work ?!?

My friend has the above in his B6 so maybe i should have a little dig around there as the gaitor and surrounds remain the same?
