couple of questions...

i feel the need to lower my car, are JOM coilovers any good or would i be better off with a decent set of springs eg eibachs? my main concern with joms is the comfort as there is no damping adjustment.
second question is the rns-e unit, is it plug and play into a 55plate a4 se or does it need to be set up with vcds?

JOM seems to get good reviews, cant compare directly to springs though. Not sure on RNS-E but think it's plug and play providing you already have nav
