new clutch i suppose is the biggie.. my R32 had one around 80k'ish. cost around £1100 iirc
maybe check to see if it was covered by the silent Audi coil pack refresh too.. that will potentially save you £200 odd (£36 x 6)
oh and rattly cats from a cold start, as they can be upto a grand too
