Hi fellow audi owners, A mate of mine is looking at buying a a4 tdi and just after some pointers like common faults anything to look for? wondering if anybody could give me some advice to pass on? :icon_thumright:

There's 2 versions of the 2.0tdi, one with injector problems (£1000+ if not covered under warranty etc), one not. Avoid the one with (think there are 2 engine codes, something like BUL & BKL, but someone can clarify for me).
Personal advice... 3.0tdi if you can afford the running costs
