Different Cambelt change prices

I have been shopping around for prices to change Cambelt & Water Pump on my 2005 A4 2.0TFSi, these rae the results so far:

Audi Stockport & Manchester £529
Awesome GTI Manchester £425 - Awesome GTI - Volkswagen Audi Group Specialist
German Specialists Stockport £330 - German Specialists Garage, MOT & Garages Cheshire, Stockport

I have used Awesome GTi for my last service and found them to be OK.
Has anyone used these German Specialists in Stockport?? I am thinking of using them as its another £95 less than Awesome GTi but am I going to get what I pay for in the end!

Anybody any experience with German Specialists?

Just spoke with Awesome GTi and they will price match German Specialists, winner!

By chance do you know how they are going to do the job . Are they going to take down the bumper and frame to get to the cam belt , or they doing it straight from in front and working there way downwards without dismantle the bumper etc.

It has to be done by stripping off the front end.
Not enough room otherwise.

Yep, We'll be removing the front end of the car for this I'm afraid!

Like Dan has said above, there's just not enough room without doing this.

Well had the job done at Awesome and apart from a seized bolt which they sorted out, all went well and am pleased with their service once again.
In fact I'm sure the car feels tighter and better, but not sure if that's just psychological!

The mechanic who worked on my car even gave me some advice on my erratic idle speed I get after motorway runs, suggested it could be the throttle body needs a clean out and ECU reset.

Thumbs up to Awesome GTI, I would not hesitate in recommending them.
