just about, right here!
hi people!
when washing my car today i noticed a stonechip above the windscreen has gone a bit ginger!
i have heard this can be treated with a rust stopper product and a touch up paint kit.
can any of you chaps advise any products to treat this?
and where will be the best/cheapest place to source an akoya silver touch up paint?
and any other hints and tips would be very much appreciated!
cheers!
love and hugs chez x :anbet:

You could touch it in with etch primer, then follow with the colour and lacquer, but all your really doing is sealing the corrosion in. There is really only 1 real fix that will last and prevent it from getting any worse... Unfortunately for the wallet, the only option is to sand it back to bare metal around the corroded area, etch prime, wet on wet prime, then colour and lacquer. It's the only long term fix to be honest.

Hope this helps :)
