Will a 3.0 tdi quattro twin exhaust fit on a 2.0 tdi 140 single exhaust?

Quick one guys ,just need to know if the twin exhaust off a 3.0l tdi quattro will fit on my 2.0 tdi 140? I know i need a new rear valance, what i need to know is will the exhaust be a direct fit.

Not a direct fit but you'll be able to make it fit..
