Would these go on my a4 b7 lads or old they need sum mods 2 get them on? And would it offect the ride

Generally speaking, yes.
19" rims fit the A4 B7. However you will need to check the wheel offset and brake sizes as you may need spacers to clear the brake calipers. Ride quality will be reduced as you will run lower profile tyres. Something along the lines of 235/35/19 depending on how wide the rims are etc.
A link to the specific wheels might help. Are they OEM Audi RS4 wheels or replicas? Details such as width and offset (ET number) would be useful.
