Having come from a background of petrol-engined japanese cars, I have an AEM Air/Fuel ratio gauge to bring over to my new B7 3.0 TDi Quattro.
I'm intending to install the gauge on the A-Pillar, however, I wanted to check the obvious and ask if the diesel engine is compatible (so long as I weld a bung into the correct location).
I assume the answer to this is no given the volumes of soot that will pass-by the sensor, however my knowledge of diesel engines and their functionality is about as detailed as David Cameron's knowledge of Dubstep.
