Which models had 320mm brakes?

I'm looking for a pair of 320mm calipers, and am finding it somewhat difficult to work out what models actually came with the 320mm calipers from new?

I presume the 3.0 TDI and 3.2 V6 models had them? Did any others?
 
Well the audi options code for the 321mm front brakes is : 1LA, do a google search & it should bring up all the models that had it as standard.
 
I picked up some 321mm callipers from an A6 on ebay a few weeks back. Just in the process of refurbing them.

They're the same callipers as the 345mm S4 ones, but on a smaller carrier.
 
My 2.0T FSI FWD has 321mm's as standard. Just had them done last week and it's still fresh in me mind!

as i see it the a4 2.0t special edition have the 321mm discs

b7 s4 have 345mm like the 3.0 tdi cars.
