Is there anything that can be done as Audi said a replacement is £539!!!in previous cars I've had I have found leaving light on and getting them hot would dry them out but if it keeps happening is a new headlight needed??

I have found that a hair drier on a warm dry day can slowly blow the moisture out.Do you know how it got in?

The metal clips the hold the front of the headlight caused the plastic to crack on mine, I used some clear silicone to fix mine and left them indoors to dry out overnight in the boiler room.
TBH the dealer fix is to hairdryer the light out, they dont warranty these without follwing the ever so technical recommendation from audi lol.
Check the rear bulb covers to see if these are fully seated, also as suggested some new sealant round the edge may fix this.
