Clear corner front lights

I'm sure this has been asked 100's of times but the search function on this site is terrible!

I know you can mod the older front headlights to remove the orange reflectors but I don't really have the time or patience. Is it possible to fit later spec front lights that have clear indicators as standard? I've found a set from a 2008 A4 B7, will they fit?

The later spec non-tango B7 lights are a direct replacement, just make sure you get ones for the same headlight type (halogen, bi-Xenon, AFS,...).
